Part 1: Race Up Mystery Mountain

• Connor, Amaya, and Greg find that the recently-discovered Scroll of Mystery is missing from the museum. The scroll is rumored to give directions to Mystery Mountain, home to a golden ring that gives its wearer the ultimate “ninjability,” making them the most powerful ninja.
• The trio spots ropes hanging down from the ceiling of the museum, and they suspect Night Ninja is trying to find the ring too. That night, they turn into the PJ Masks to get to the bottom of it.
• That night, they spot Night Ninja and his group of Ninjalinos outside of the museum. Hiding out of sight, the PJ Masks and PJ Robot watch as Night Ninja tries to open a portal that the scroll says will lead to Mystery Mountain. The portal opens and the PJ Masks fall out of their hiding place. Night Ninja tells them that he’s going to get the ring, and his group dashes through the portal.
• The portal closes, and the PJ Masks aren’t sure how to reopen it. Luckily, PJ Robot video recorded the hand signal that the Ninjalinos used to open the portal, and he’s able to open it again. They get through the portal and find themselves in a forest-like world, and they start to race toward the mountain.
• The PJ Masks dodge sticky splat attacks from the Ninjalinos as they race them to the top of the mountain. Catboy and PJ Robot make it to the top and meet Night Ninja in front of a large gate.
• Catboy and Night Ninja argue over who is going to get the ring and its ultimate ninjability. Unable to open the gate, they both climb over it instead. They find themselves now in front of a walkway leading to a building where they assume the ring is located.
• Night Ninja takes a step toward the buildings, but stepping on the stones of the walkway sets off a booby trap, and suddenly the tongues from dragon statues lining the walkway reach out and grab Night Ninja, flinging him through the air. Catboy steps on another stone and tries to grab Night Ninja to help him, but he gets grabbed and flung into the air as well.
• Owlette and Gekko see Catboy in the air and realize he needs help. PJ Robot is able to use the scroll to get through the gate, and Owlette and Gekko work together with their powers to rescue both Catboy and Night Ninja. The group escapes the area and the gate shuts behind them.
• The PJ Masks run out of the forest, making sure to bring Night Ninja and the Ninjalinos along with them. They all cross back through the portal to their town, and Catboy tells the other PJ Masks that he wonders what else might be up on the mountain.

Part 2: The Mountain Prisoner

• Connor, Amaya, and Greg find that all of the mountain legends books in their library are gone, and they suspect that Night Ninja is up to something again. That night, they turn into the PJ Masks to check it out.
• From their HQ, the PJ Masks see the Ninjalinos reading all of the books in the streets. They head out to find them, but they leave PJ Robot at HQ to keep an eye on things. After they leave, the Ninjalinos sneak in and kidnap PJ Robot.
• Unaware of what’s happened, the PJ Masks are searching for the Ninjalinos on the streets. Catboy uses his cat ears and hears PJ Robot, and Owlette uses her owl eyes to see PJ Robot getting carried by Ninjalinos through the streets. They race to the portal and go through it to chase the Ninjalinos.
• Night Ninja tells the PJ Masks that he’s imprisoned PJ Robot in the mountain, and he won’t return to the robot to them unless they find him the Ring of Ninjability. He’s been reading about the ring, and he’s learned that it multiplies the wearer’s powers by 3x. He reads the PJ Masks a riddle that they’ll need to get through the pagoda’s door to get the ring.
• The PJ Masks head to the top of the mountain once again to try to get the ring. Again, they need to deal with the difficult booby traps along the walkway to the pagoda, but they’re able to overcome them by using their powers and working together.
• Meanwhile, PJ Robot is trapped in a cell in the mountain. He can hear the PJ Masks trying to save him, and he starts digging a tunnel through the mountain wall toward their voices.
• The PJ Masks reach the door of the pagoda, and they realize that the answer to the riddle suggests that they need to work together. They combine their powers and chant “Save PJ Robot,” and the door opens revealing the ring.
• They give the ring to Night Ninja, but instead of giving them back their PJ Robot, Night Ninja sticks them in balls of splat and traps them within the mountain’s gates. The PJ Masks think they’re stuck there, and Gekko is disappointed that they risked everything to get PJ Robot back but it was all for nothing.
• Just then, PJ Robot finishes digging his way out and he bursts through the ground near the PJ Masks. They realize that it was all worth it because PJ Robot saved them, and they proved that when they put their powers all together they can do anything.
• Night Ninja is frustrated that he doesn’t seem to have any new powers with the ring. The PJ Masks realize that the ring doesn’t give you new powers, it’s proof that you have stronger powers by working together in order to get it in the first place. In a battle between Night Ninja and the PJ Masks, the ring falls back down the hole that PJ Robot dug, and the group leaves without it.
• They return to their town, and the PJ Masks are satisfied that they already have 3 times the power - even 4 times the power with PJ Robot - by working together.
